At Apostolic Faith United
Pentecostal Church, we love our children and we honor families. We have
a unique and wonderful ministry
called FAMILY WORSHIP SUNDAY which occurs every 5th Sunday of the month.

What child doesn't love a puppet? Sister Sherry Phares, Sunday School
Director at Apostolic Faith has developed a fun-filled family program
using puppets and our mascot, Mr. Rover Comings. We invite and
welcome everyone to come and bring children, neighbors, family and
friends to this wonderful service. You are sure to enjoy it! While
we always have lots of fun, we never lose site of the goal of
worshipping Jesus and teaching the children to love the Lord.
Sister Sherry Phares is a professional teacher with a great sense of
humor. She brings a true love of the Lord and a expert knowledge
of teaching and working with children to our services. She's a
real blessing to the church and to the children.

And then there's Suzie, she's always thoughtful and usually is instrumental in helping us understand the moral of the day!
And Rover Comings! Why, he's not a puppet at all! More like a mascot. Oh how the children love Rover Comings!
