Miracles do happen!  Dear Sister Betty Kinsler prayed for a beautiful day for her baptism and the Lord gave her a glorious day on Sunday, November 15th, 2009.  Sister Betty attended church that day with a new beginning on her mind.  The picture here has sister Betty, her daughter Dawn Johnson and her grandson, Desean together with Pastor Chamberlain right after her baptism.  Sister Betty is on her way to her new home in Glory and we worship the Lord with her!

What a wonderful day & event it was to see not one, BUT TWO new souls baptized in Jesus name!  Sister Miriam & Sister Marcela shared their joy with the church as they were baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sin as instructed in Acts! 2:38.  We rejoice with them!

PENTECOST SUNDAY, MAY 31, 2009--A GREAT SUCCESS!

On Sunday, May 31, 2009, Apostolic Faith United Pentecostal Church celebrated Pentecost Sunday with a special service.  Many people gathered into the church with a hunger to know the Lord and to participate in worship on this very special day.  Brother Todd Jenkins and his family came from Farmville VA.  Listen to his message of HOPE!

THE CHILDREN HAD A WONDERFUL TIME OUTSIDE ON PENTECOST SUNDAY!

We love and nurture the children at Apostolic Faith UPC.  The children went outside on this lovely day and held Sunday School under the summer canopies.  Click on the browsing controls under the picture and view all of the pictures!

On Ocotober 6, 7 & 8th, 2006, the Apostic Faith United Pentecostal celebrated the dedication of their new building on Glenkirk Road. We were joined by the members of the community and many fellow friends and acquaintences who helped us celebrate not only the Dedication of our new building, but also Pastor & Sister Chamberlain’s 20th anniversary as the leadership of our church.
